Who Is King Crab?
King Crab is the self-crowned ruler of the Beach, and he wants everyone to know it.
He’s big, proud, and more than a little grumpy. As far as he’s concerned, every grain of sand, every shell, and every tide pool belongs to him. Visitors are not welcome. Heroes are definitely not welcome.
He sits at the very end of the Beach, guarding Level 10, the final challenge before anyone can leave the shore. If Bom wants to continue his adventure, there’s only one way forward: through the King himself.
The Size of a King
King Crab doesn’t just act important. He looks important.
He’s huge, taking up a big square of the battlefield, three tiles wide and three tiles tall. Next to him, Bom looks tiny. When the King steps forward, you’ll know it.

His Royal Guards
A king never fights alone.
When trouble arrives, King Crab calls in his loyal hermit crabs, three at a time, to protect his royal shell. They may be small, but they’re stubborn, and they’ll do whatever their king commands.
Rumour has it that one of these little guards carries a small gift for brave heroes. Keep your eyes open. It might be exactly what you need when your supplies run low.
The Royal Reward
Defeat King Crab, and the Beach is finally free.
Your reward? The Royal Crown itself, proof that you’ve toppled the ruler of the shore.
You’ll also earn a special Big Claw stamp in your passport, a badge of honour showing you’ve conquered your first boss on Coco Cove Island.
Behind the Design
King Crab was designed to be BoomBoo’s very first “big moment.”
We wanted him to feel like a classic 1930s cartoon villain: oversized, dramatic, and full of personality. His huge claws, royal crown, and pompous attitude make him look tough, but just a little silly too.
He’s meant to be the boss you remember. He’s the first real test of everything you’ve learned on the Beach, and the moment you realise BoomBoo is about to get a whole lot bigger.

How does King Crab fight? Where is his weak spot? We’re keeping that a secret… for now.
You’ll have to face him yourself to find out.
And once the Beach is free, don’t relax just yet. Word is, another ruler is waiting in the Village, and he’s not very friendly either.
